Jason Zimmerman is MissionMode’s Chief Operations Officer leading the team responsible for both pre and post-sales client support.  An accomplished emergency management professional with nearly 16 years of experience, he is a Certified Emergency Manager and holds a Master Exercise Practitioner Program certificate. Mr. Zimmerman began his emergency management and business continuity career as the Walt Disney World (WDW) Co. Emergency Operations Manager, and then gained public health experience at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.  He supported a variety of private and public sector companies as an Regional Emergency Management Practice Manager for SAIC including leading the development of the Super Bowl XLV Public Safety After Action Reports. At MissionMode, Mr. Zimmerman brings unmatched customer focus and industry experience, to his emergency management and business continuity peers. His passion for technology coupled with real-world emergency management experience allow him to easily understand prospective and current customer needs and objectives. Mr. Zimmerman has a degree in Administration of Justice from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Rollins College.
